Website Flipping Lab

Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 2025

1. Data controller

Website Flipping Lab is a personal blog.

2. Data we collect

We collect no personal data through this website. There are no user accounts, no contact forms, and no newsletter sign-ups.

The only data stored is your checklist progress, saved locally in your own browser’s local storage under the key dd_wf_v4. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us.

3. Cookies and local storage

This site does not set any cookies. We use browser local storage exclusively for:

  • Saving your due-diligence checklist progress (dd_wf_v4)
  • Storing your cookie consent preference (cookie_consent)

For full details, see our Cookie Policy.

4. Third-party services

We do not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services (no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, etc.).

The site is hosted on Vercel. Vercel may log standard web server data (IP addresses, user agents, request paths) for operational purposes. See Vercel’s Privacy Policy for details.

5. Your rights under GDPR

If you are in the European Economic Area, you have the right to access, correct, or erase any personal data we hold about you. Because we collect no personal data, there is nothing to provide or delete on our end.

You can erase your locally stored checklist data at any time by clearing your browser’s local storage or using the reset option in the checklist itself.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy if the site adds new features that affect data handling. The “last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect any changes.
